Damaged or broken rings or a damaged bore are the most likely You should be able to tell by removing the exhaust & looking into the engine while turning it over slowly

I have a 2003 honda cr 250r 2 stroke,It will not kickstart, you can bump start it and it starts right up and runs really good.when you try and kick it it leaks gas out of the carborator.

Usually, a leaking carb is because either the float is set too high, or there is some crud stuck between the float's needle valve and it's seat.
Either one will not allow the float/needle valve to shut off the flow of gas when the float bowl get's full.

This should be your carb:

The floats are the 2 large square items on #5 on the illustration.
Item #3 is the float needle valve.
Item #4 is the needle valve's seat.

Kickstart has no compression

no compression
has the spark plug come loose,
could be bust piston, rings or valves,
right googled it, its a 2 stroke no valves,
moving on, your have to remove the head and barrell to see whats gone, the piston or the rings. its probably the rings.
its not as hard as it sounds on a 2 stroke so even a novice could do it.

I have a 49cc two stroke bike, (pit bike) like new. Starts first time, no problems. But after 10min of riding the bike stalls out. If i leave it for 20min then it will start again. Run for 10min then stall...

Ok, a two stroke engine basicly needs 3 things to run: fuel, compression and ignition.

First, check that the fuelline, fuelfilter, or fueltap is not blocked. If the fuelflow is alright, check that the compression is fine. try kicking the kickstarter a few time: the should be a certain resistance. If the compression is wrong try changing the headgasket. If it is alright, check the ignition. This is done by taking the sparkplug out at placing it on the frame, when you kick the kickstarter a spark should jump from the sparkplug to the frame.

But my guess would be that you have a partly blocked fuelsystem.

How to start a yamaha wr250 with manual decompression

kick it over till you feel the compression. Pull d comp lever and kick it maybee a quarter or eighth kick. just enough to get past top dead center on compression stroke. Then kick like you going to start it.

Yz 250 4-stroke It's extremely hard to kick over, so it has a pressure release lever on the handle bar. Is there some "proper" way to kick it over, or do I just kick it while holding the "pressure rel

That lever is a compression release and pulling it will make kick stating an excersie routine. Kick start without the pulling the lever. See how that works. good luck.
