Question about 1991 Honda CBR 1000 F
The fuel filter on a 1991 CBR 1000F is mounted to the petcock assembly (the part that the fuel lines are connected to). If you removes the petcock assembly it is the piece sticking up like a tower but is part of the petcock assembly. You can however use a very fine children's toothbrush and carb cleaner to clear it out a bit.

I asked this question about my '94 1000F last week, the man in the shop said they are part of the fuel tank and not servicable.
