The most likely fault is that the ignition switch is not working. If you have a manual you could disconnect the switch and try to link the "on" pins. this will either prove the a faulty switch of eliminate it. You don't say what the bike is or if it has an imobilise. This last may be your problem if it has one.

Sorry I couldn't be more specific. This should at least give you a starting point.

2001 Stratus Coupe. new battery and starter. engine wont crank when i turn the key. also no dash lights

You need to clean all the batt. and starter solenoid connections.
make sure they are tight
make sure to clean batt neg wire at body connection
check your fuse link to starter from battery,
a 6 inch section of thinner wire designed to burn out to protect starter. this is why you can jump starter you bypass the blown fuse link.

I LOST MY INSTRUCTIONS LIST FOR MY REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE....THE MODEL IS JER321

Hi,

Configuring codes:
Turn on the component that you want to set up.
1.Hold the component key down until the green indicator light comes on. The green light should come on after approximately 3 seconds.
2.Release the component key.
3.If you are programming the DVD or CD device press the "action" key. The red indicator light will come on.
4.Within thirty seconds, enter in a 4-digit code number. The component key lights will blink with an upward motion when a code has been successfully entered. In this case proceed to step #5. If the code has not been successfully entered, the componment lights will not blink. In this case return to strep #1 and start over.
5.Test code by pressing "Power" key. If the component turns off, you've got the right code. Follow the same instructions to set up your other components. If the component doesn't turn off, return to step 2 and use the next 4-digit code listed.

Auto Code Scan:

The Auto Code Scan feature allows you to set up your components without having to enter in code numbers. The Jensen will do the work for you!

Key fob lights up but doesn't work even with a new battery

I'm more familiar with Range Rovers and Saab's when it comes to key fobs but if you changed the battery you have to re-program the key fob. If you do not have an owner's manual that can take you through the steps you might want to try: push and hold the lock button on the key fob, put it in the driver's side door and turn to lock. With the button still depressed turn back to open, remove the key and release the button. If this doesn't work check any and all fuses associated with your system and last but not least you could take it to a dealer. Good luck!
