On the left side of the dash there is a key lock. This is connected to a cable that goes under the seat and back to a latch.

Turn the key and lift the rear of the seat - pull backwards and upwards.

Notch front end on Aprillia futura

This needs attended to right now! Both of the things I mention below can kill you if they are not attended to immediately!

If you mean the steering is notchy the upper and lower steering head bearings must be replaced and adjusted by an experienced person. Major safety issue, not to mention the wear on the bearing races and the cost of repair to those.

If you mean the suspension travel is notchy then do not ride it anywhere but to a shop to rebuild your forks.

Need rear wheel for an RST 1000 Aprilia refuses to help, and won't even tell me where the original was manufactured ( they didn't make it for sure). Have been trying to source this part for...

Hi.

You can purchase the wheel here. If you do not live in UK call them to arrange overseas delivery, the part distributors ships worldwide.

Depending on the color the wheel is p.n. AP8108821 or p.n. AP8108965 . You can find more sellers using the part number in Google.

Below also the part diagram. The wheel is part nr.4:

My bike wont go into gear it just kicks back out and cuts off engine. I can run it on centre stand but cant drive it,I have noticed that my clutch lever has lost its resistance can i just adjust this...

I'm not femiliar with your bike. But a bike is a bike when it comes to some problems, and yours is not disengaging the clutch. So, if its hydrolic than you need to bleed the air out of ituntil you lever feels solid but with just a littls free play. Same thing if it's a cable. Adjust it all the way tight , so that the clutch fully disengages then back it off until there is alittle free play in the lever. You need to be able to squeeze the clutch with the bike on the stand and have the rear wheel stop turning. Don't ride it any other way or you'll toast your gear box. Not cheap. Happy trails.
