Question about 1994 kawasaki ZZR 1100
I am after a paint code and name for my 1994 ZZR1100 Kawasaki, it is a dark blue/purple color. Can you help? @
Hi, Des_will for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Kawasaki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

you and many others are looking for this answer, but kawasaki do not keep paint codes for there older bikes ( i had a 79 z1000 )and had no luck from kawasaki via email phone calls etc, the only thing you can do is use a piece that is as good as new and get it matched from a good paint shop ,
good web site on these bikes with many looking for the paint codes somebody might be able to help..

If you can find a paint code it can be referenced through color rite.com. You will probably get better results taking it to the your local paint store and having them use there sun gun to get the exact color of the bike. It basicaly takes an extremely close shot of the paint and then makes a mixture. This helps because the new paint will be closer to the faded color you have now.
