What grade of fuel can I use on my 2002 Suzuki Katana 600

According to the manual any fuel with an octane of at least 87 and preferably unleaded.
So, any fuel will be OK. No need to waste money on high octane stuff.

Of course if it is fuel injected, but you are near the crossover year. Do you see carbs?

You don't 'tighten them down', you adjust the valve lifters for clearance. :>)

Did you forget to close the fuel switch or check your fuel pump switch wiring because it sound like it keep pumping when the engine is off
