I have a vw cross touran 2.0 tdi 9lhd (purchased in france) Now with 50000kms there is considerable noise from rear tyres(dunlop original equipment) said to be caused by distortion of the tyres. VW dealer says tyres safe, but renewing tyres will solve problem. Tyre dealer says problem caused by hard rear suspension, and is a problem with a number of cars, VW Audi purgeot etc. I do not wish to replace part worn tyres. Problem started at 25000 kms. Any recommended cures,or tyre makes less susceptible please? Tyre size 235 45 17V . Cannot swap front to rear,Different wheel size ( as original)

Yes there is adjustment. You need to get the alignment checked out. It could be worn bushes and/or damage to the suspension linkages and struts.

VW Touran TDI. It won't start. I don't know the problem? Please help, thank you.

It could be many things. Does the engine turn over, but doesn't fire? A flat battery is the obvious one. There is help and videos in the link.

2003 GTI 1.8T ESP light on and cruise control inoperative.

If the ESP light on the touran stayys on pernamently then it is extremely likely that the ABS control unit is faulty. Its a common problem with tourans, unfortunately the part alone is about £1000.
