Question about 2003 Harley Davidson FXDL Dyna Low Rider
This model is a bit late for me but the earlier models had the battery tray done like this. Remove the seat. Then look at the battery cover on the right side of the bike. Now, look just a bit to the rear of the bike on the frame and you may see two bolts. These are "lock bolts" and you loosen them, do not take them out. Go back up to the top of the frame and look down inside the frame. Just inboard of the battery there's a bolt. This is the jack bolt. Turn the bolt counterclockwise to lower the battery tray and clockwise to raise it. I hope this helps.
