It is not safe to do a step procedure without seeing anything on the screen as you might end up with deleting the entire memory. So I would like to suggest that it is possible to obtain a display of the same model-- there are huge stocks of scrapped sets which can be taken from service stores-. Please use a borrowed one from a dealer or a friend , replace your display , copy the entire phone memory to SIM to be transferred to the new phone. Try even with a LG store which will have phone with damaged motherboards.
Call blocking would not be a function of the individual phone, but of
your account or service. You service provider would have to do it, you
will need to call customer service.
first you dont plug in your cell (thats the most imortant cause if you conect your cell to your pc it wont work) go to menu, then configurations then pic option 5 conectivity, then menu 2 removable disk enter the pass (four zeros) and then data transfer.
if yo do this its shows an image in your screen and now you can conect your cell to your computer, and its work like any other removable disk
