Dear Team I bought a new dc deluxe self starter

Many new printers come with a "starter" cartridge which may print several hundred pages and then needs to be replaced with a new "full load" cartridge. The standard cartridge for your machine is rated at about 1200 pages at 5% cover, so it is likely that a starter cartridge would give about 500pages at 5% cover. Please note the 5% cover bit means about 500 at 5%, about 250 at 10%, about 170 at 15% cover respectively.

No the missing O2 sensors would not keep it from running. The missing exhaust pipes might not help matters. No exhaust system would cause a lack of back pressure.
I would want to know what base fuel pressure is with a gauge before and after cranking. Your thought about bad gas is legit, today's gasoline is only good for about 2 or 3 months before it starts gelling up.
Did you replace the inline filter the last time you put the new pump in ? And are you sure the pump is getting power after the key is released?

Is this your first attempt of the season to run it? Did you totally drain and run the machine out of gas last year?

check complaints with the self starting switch . then check the starter fuses , then check for wiring fault or disjointed wire connections towards the starter motor ... Hope ur getting ur activa started with kick start .... Have a happy day

Did the original starter have shims? It may need some. Get a delco starter and new bolts. Rebuilt non delco starters give trouble and do not last. Check flywheel teeth.

I have the same model and went through the same trouble. Last summer I put a reman'd starter on it and had no problems again until about 4 months ago, it started all over again. I was sure then that it wasn't the starter. I talked to the mechanic at work and we walked over to the parts locker and all the GM starters on the shelf (remans) had the solenoids replaced, we said in unison, Must be a common problem.
I figured the original starter lasted 130,000 miles so I went to Napa and bought a brand new one. Working like a champ ever since.

one cord is all you need if it works . the ac cord might be bad . but most likely the cooler is bad ..... i am a ****** for these coolers i have had a few (4) i have none now all of them burned up and stopped working or cooling and when it does work all you get is 20 degrees below outside temp every time does not matter if its the one i bought in 1990 ( that kept killing my battery) or the last one i had bought in 2005 that one was better it cooled 25 degrees below the temp in the truck a little cool but hardly close to cold and lasted about 6 months ........ dont spend a lot on a cord , you will be sorry .... myself i think i will wait another 10 years or so before i try again ... good luck
