I'm having a hard time starting my 1995 mazda 626 in the morning. but once i'm able to start it i don't find it hard starting it again during the day. what could be the problem?
Im not clear on this by your description but are you saying the car won't even crank over or cranks over "lazy" this is a problem with your starter , the reason it starts later is it's already hot from being attached to running engine , but if it cranks over but does not start , try a shot of starting fluid in the air cleaner and try starting it right away , if it sputters or even starts right up you have a fuel delivery problem most likely a partly clogged filter or possibly a worn out fuel pump ,
any of those parts are about due to fail on a 95 i would expect
It sounds like 1 of two things either your starter relay is gone and you need a new one ,they arnt that expensive or its your hold in winding in the starter motor this is a bit more expensive but can be changed quite easily.

i had it checked out with an electrician and he cant find anything wrong with the electrical components of the car. he suggested that i have the fuel filter checked cause the fuel may not be traveling smoothly through the tubes past it. thanks for the suggestion though. i'll post an update once we checked the fuel filter.
