The compliance sticker is likely located under one of the side covers. Technically speaking, the aftermarket mufflers would make it non compliant since the original compliance is from the manufacturer for the bike equipped as it came from the factory.
Usally nothing to worry about. Some after market mufflers will cause it to do this. I had a Triumph 900 that back fired and crackled when i decelerate, i had staintune mufflers on it. Check the color of your spark plugs for signs of running rich or lean.
