dear,

the battery is situated in the front cover of the scooter.

open all the surrounding screws and remove the front cover.

open the battery connections and harness and remove accordiingly

My silverwing won't start or even turnover

Found out that the brake had to be depressed all the way, and not just until you hear the "click". Squeeze the brake hard, and it will start every time. It's a safety feature that Honda has to ensure that the scooter is in control once it's started.
