Just bought one pivately and it wont start, also can't find where the spark plugs go

On the rear cylinder at the top on the right side of bike as you are sitting on it, there is a chrome cover that is in place by rubber gromlets pull that cover and there will be the spark plug. The fromt cylinder has same cover but on the left side of bike. Check the plugs and probably replace them and see if bike will start you can also check for spark there by placing the plug in the wire and putting it against the cylinder and turning over the motor watching the plug to see if there is spark in each cylinder.
