My ktm 250 2010 ...i when riding with some mates .....my friend with his 07 ktm 250 has more ...a lot more fuel ifishency when i whent on resuerv he stil had half a tank left whe road +- 45km to 55km...

i have heard this from quite a few people riding ktm's it might be that your mate has a bigger tank than you and a smaller main jet but you say he does 45 -55 km more than you thats a very big difference just to be jetting

Why am i finding a little oil coming out of a small hole in the cylinder under the spark plug, is it to much engine oil ? ktm 530 excr 2009.

No its an exit hole for water, oil or crud from around the plug holeplug threads get dirty when used & build up it has to go somewhere

2009 KTM 300 XC-W will not start

heat the spark plug up on stove and then try it. it might be you turned it off to soon, think its 2 to 3 min before turning off. floods the sensor.

clean plug & check for spark if none then remove plug cap & check for spark from lead to eliminate the cap & plug

Just bought used bike w no manual oil change how much oil where are the the correct bolts to to drain and check

My 2006 ktm 450 xcw is spraying oil out of the over flow tube the one the factory routes to your carberator its everywhere only sprays when the bike is wide open and under a load bike had 110 compression...

should be more tahn 110 psi in the cylinder my 85 is capable of going to 155psi and it reached 185 when the rings were new its either the ring gone or valves are leaking i would strip the pot off and inspect buddy

2007 450 xcw cuts out when you nail the throttle (bogs), if you dial it on, it's fine. New plug, just did valve adjustment

on the carb is a mixture screw fiddle with this on pic below just turn it in and unscrew it 2 turns and try it out get back to me 4989d1b.jpg
