I'm afraid that you're probably not going to find a service manual online for free download. Harley-Davidson is very protective of their copyrighted materials. They do offer their manuals for sale online from authorized book dealers. You can also purchase a Clymer's manual that will cover your bike. All the specifications of your bike will be in the manuals.

I need to know what year and model your bike is and I can tell you how much oil goes where and how to change it. Since 2000 or so, Harley had used their 20W50 Syn3 oil exclusively in all three areas that require lubrication in their Big Twins.

What is the recommended method for cold starting of this bike after a storage period of 2 months...what position of choke, etc....I have no kickstart, just battery ignition.
First of all, check, if the oil is now way fuller than before - if you left the petcock on PRI the gearbox is now full with a gaz-oil-mix! You need an oilchange. (and check the airfliter of excess gaz, too)
Recharge the battery.
Now, if that's ok, (petcock always on ON), pull out the choke and start the motor.
2 month is not very long, should be fine, especially when you put Sta-Bil in the gaz tank before winter.

My snowblower shuts off after few second
please check if there comes enough fuel out of the tank. there can be a filter in the tank, or also a filter between tank and carb. you also can clean the carb. and check membranes in dthe carb. also make sure that the oillevel is ok when it is a little low the gen can die on its oilprotection. this protection you can disconnect, but be sure of a correct oillevel goodluck

2005 chevy coloardo wont take fuel when pumping gas shuts of after you get about 1/2 gal take to long to fill tank
You need to replace the hose that vents the filler pipe.It goes from the pipe to the tank and if it is plgged you have no way to get the air in the tank that is beig replaced by fuel to get out of the tank exept for the sam e hole that the nozzle is in.

I smell gas fumes coming from my car when i park and turn off the ignition
normally fumes come in to vehicle when stopped because of oil leak from rocker cover but check your fuel filler cap seal etc and also incase the tank is leaking just have a sniff at the rear of the car if its the filler cap or tank filler you normally get smell when tank is nearly full and been around a few corners the fuell filler nect becomes pourous and just spills out a bit if so will need replacing .but most time its an oil leak from rocker box or engine

Replacing fuel filler neck on 2000 Crown Vic
Good news, no the tank doesn't have to come down. However, there needs to be less than 3/4 tank. Jack it up and set on a jack stand, remove the wheel, four screws housing to pipe, filler pipe sensing hose from filler pipe, screw retaining the cap, four retaining screws from filler pipe, screw from filler pipe retainer, slide into the tank until it can be rotated and pulled out through the fender. lube the tank grommet with clean oil and reverse the removal for install.

Gas tank filler hose on Ford E Super Duty Motor Home
Look again into the fuel filler there should be a metal hose which is where the tank gets it's air from, ensure when your filling up your not pushing the fuel filler gun fully home when filling up, suggest you don't fill the tank right up to the very top as your correct it's a big job & you will need parts before you take the tank off. http://passionford.com/forum
