You can adjust it IF your bike is equipped with a carb. You may have to take the outer air filter cover off. Look at the top of the carb. Just to right of the round looking top is the idle stop screw. Clockwise to speed it up.

The oil tank for your Dyna is on the bottom of the transmission. The oil drain plug is the one closest to the left front corner of the pan.

My Dyna Lowrider 2005 will not idle after warm up. Runs fine on choke.

The pilot jet in your carb is stopped up causing no idle unless choke is on,clean the carb jets and your problem should go away,a clogged pilot/idle jet will cuase a lean condition,and when you use the choke it will draw just fuel and no air,hope that helps.
