Hi. I have a Suzuki intruder vl125. After running for a while the engine cuts out and has trouble starting again then won't run. Keeps cutting out. Seems to be when engine warm. Any help would be appreciated.

If the spark plugs are black, it is running rich, end of story, you are dumping too much fuel. You need someone that can do carb tuning on the bike. There is help in the Volusia Forums and it appears to be a known issue..

have you got a digital gear position clock on the bike

There is very little difrence in the 2 bikes. there shouldnt be any problem with the motor swap, just keep track of where everything comes off both bikes and make sure you but the swap motor in the new frame just like it came out of the donor bike.

Mine did that only once, I also had to wait a while. It has not repeat the problem, but found that using regular gas makes the bike run cooler. Try that!
