2004 Suzuki Eiger. My cooling fan is no longer coming on. Used to work fine and came on. For some reason it no longer does and the engine light will come on now when it's hot. Cannot locate my owners manual.

Check all fan connections and fuse for the fan. Also the Relay for the thermo fan. The fan also has a thermostat, that is most likely the cause, a faulty thermostat or Relay.
Sorry i cannot tell you exactly where these are located on your model.

2003 Suzuki eiger starter button doesn't do anything

Hey Brad
With the info you have provided, it seems to point to the ignition switch as the problem. (the clicking you should hear comes from the solenoid contacts - not the starter button). There is probably one wire in the switch that has broken or come unsoldered or other wise not making the right connection.

On my Suzuki Eiger 400, Why won't my fan come on, it causes my engine temp to rise. The fan works when directly wired but not when hook up to the 4 wheeler.

There must be something wrong with the electronics monitoring/controlling the temp (and thus not sending the command to start the fan). You can try using a multimeter to check the wiring yourself for starters.

I have a 2006 Suzuki eiger 400 auto, It runs awesome for about half hour then shuts off assuming because it is running hot? Any thoughts? Fan has not kicked on.

Yup.It's getting hot.Check the fan relay is operable.Fans gotta run. Most likely a bad heat sensor tho. That's a water temperature sending unit that tells the relay when to turn the fan on.Ifya gonna own these toys, learn the basics on how to care for them. There is ALWAYS going to be something going wrong.Get a manual.

Suzuki eiger 4x4

More than likely the temp sensor has gone short circuit. Locate and replace when engine cool. Once you locate it, if you disconnect it the fan should stop running.

Suzuki eiger 400 is overheating

sounds like your thermal switch that controls the fan isnt working, that would be the first place to look, try connecting the two terminals to the thermistor and see if the fan comes on, good luck
