Trying to get a diagram or detailed instructions on how to replace the stock windshield with a shorter one.

One hour plus part.Find should say windshield washer.

belt lengths are printed on the back of the belt
so if it reads as an example 645 that will be the length so if you want one that is 1" shorter then the belt reading will be 644
if it is in mm the 1" shorter will be 25 mm shorter than the printed number

you need to remove the entire windshield wiper assembly (easier than it sounds) then you will need to remove the intake manifold (this step is not required on 3.0 only on 3.3 and 3.8)for detailed instructions and diagrams visit autozone.com

is this a post raido or flat face? flat faces will have din pins 2 hole each side of raido have to get a tool to remove --also get wire adp. frm parts store will b -easy that way

search google for the saturn fourms they had detailed instructions with pics . The short answer is all plastic trim around the top or doors from the windshield to the back window. The top of the dash needs to come off too It just pops off pretty easy . all clips you can see when the trim is pulled back a bit from the bottom and use a screwdriver to pry the clip out or it will break . you need a star wrench set to remove the setbelt bolts. the passenger handle is a pain I cant remember that one .
