Underneath the sump pan there should be a 17mm bolt head in the middle of a circular plate undo this and lower it down but watch you dont lose any of the bits n pieces and your filter will drop down with this

SOURCE: how to change my oil on a kawasaki ninja 750

Get the bike so it is setting upright.
There a plug on the under side of the motor. Remove the plug and have a catch pan to catch the old oil. The filter will need to be changed also. Do this before you put new oil in. Put the plug back in and open the fill plug on the side of the engine and fill with new motorcycle oil. DO NOT USE OIL FOR CARS!! Watch that you do not over fill it.

SOURCE: how to change oil on a 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 750

Firstly run your engine till you reach its normal running temp .The engine drain plug will be found under neath the engine normally at the lowest part .Warm oil drains out of the engine much more quickly that cold oil ..when all the oil stops dripping then remove the oil filter ,make sure that the sealing ring is removed ,take care the oil in the filter will be very hot .replace with your new filter make sure you do not cross thread the oil filter unit and any seals have been fitted . Refit your drain plug and fill up to the required level . start engine ,your oil level will drop because the oil filter will fill up and the new oil will be pumped around the engine. make sure that the engine level is topped up when all the oil has reached all the parts of the engine .Do not over fill the engine as this will cause unwanted pressure .and oil leaks .Remember to replace the oil filler cap and that its tight .

SOURCE: how hard is to replace

This is not an easy job and some special tools are needed. Normally with regular maint, these chains will last the life of the engine.

Fuel gauge always reads empty 750 zepher

You need to check the wiring to the sending unit on the bottom of the tank. See if there are any broken wires, or rubbed on the frame. You may have a bad unit inside the tank. You can check the sending unit with an ohm meter. Drain the tank and remove the unit. Work it by hand and read the ohms as you move it.
