I have a cbr 900 rr when i try to turn it over it just clicks I put a new battery in and nothin....yet i can pop start it 1 gear whats my problem bad starter?

Almost certainly a bad battery. Put a voltmeter on the battery and check it while trying to start the bike. If it drops to less than 10v the battery is dead.
Definatly a good tune up would help, but it also sounds as if you may have a bad stator. I would check the voltage at the battery and see if it goes up and down when accelorating.
heyii there is a shaft coming ut of the engine crank that connects to your transmission shaft which drives your gears and hence wheels.. so your 2nd gear must have worn out and for that reason the gear isn't working well.. get your gear box opened and check the gear..
