You first have to determine if its fire or fuel. To do this listen when you turn on the ignition switch, You should hear a buzzing sound from the fuel tank to indicate your fuel pump is working. If no sound check pump fuse and relay. If you hear the sound spray quick start into the intake manifold and try to start. If it starts or try's to start its a problem with fuel pressure or fuel filter. If you get nothing it's likely fire.

I have a 95 honda civic ex,wont start.ran fine yesterday,wont start this morning.battery is fully charged,new cap and rotor.would do u think might b my problem

if it wont turn over 1st check the ground s on the car and the battery 1st. your battery can be fully charged and the car will not start even over night this can happen. then look at the starter. Note: if you have over 109K on the car and the timing belt has never been replaced you will need to have this checked as well.

Disconnected battery and now won't start

Won't start as in no rotation of the starter motor and no clicking sound? Or starter turns slowly with the engine? Or the starter and engines turns normally but will not start? Or starter turns normally but engine will not turn?

99 gmc 3500 tool box truck won't start. it just quit. turns over but won't start

You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem to proceed.
Check for spark at the plugs, and fuel pressure at the injectors.
You might want to check the computer for trouble codes too.
