Question about 2001 Suzuki SV 650 S
Check for spark if it has fire use just a little starting fluid be spareingly with it very volitile stuff if still no start try to pull start it but make sure it has fire an it should run they somtimes get stubbourn when they have set

If it sat with the valves or a valve stuck in an open position then the valves will need to be freed up before it will start and run.You can remove the valve cover to see if they are working correctly.
