Just got off the phone with my service manager at my local Kawasaki dealership. "She" looked up the torque wrench setting for the clutch spring bolts. Its the same as a 2000-2002 ZX6R and 2005-2006 ZZR600.
Torque- Clutch Spring Bolts: 8.8 N-m (0.90 kgf-m, 78 in-lb)

You didn't specify what specs you needed.
That is an obsolete 'flathead' engine. 5hp - I think.
Most parts are still available.

If you have power on both wires on the motor, you have lost the ground to the motor.

Most likely that any one of the buttons is stuck on possibly even on the remote(common due to liquid spill,dog chewed etc) try taking the batteries out to isolate rc. If not lightly try each button and feel if one is slightly sticking or softer touch likely to be the offender Sadly if multiple operation does not clear then unless proficient I suggest you do not try to strip down

The ignition key switch energizes the CDI then coils

usually the dots are dot to dot. You don't want to guess. Whats the Vehicle specs Yr, Motor,etc?
