Clean the carburetor jets. Clean the slow speed jet. This is located next to the needle jet. Note the air screw settings while screwing it out.

Take care of the tiny " O " rings while cleaning.

Clean all carburetor tiny jet holes with air. Take care while handling jet orifices. Avoid metal wire. Use nylon bristles. Clean the exhaust muffler also.

Sounds as if its starving for fuel. The corroborator could be dirty inside causing it to clog up and not show its best potential. Should be simple to take apart, remove, clean, and put back together

Is it normal that a new bike dies on you as you drive it? No way my friend. The carburetor should have a thermal-choke and it probably needs some adjustment.

Hey, my 2000 Suzuki VZ800 Marauder does not start up right away. I have to take the choke all the way out and then rev it up high for a couple minutes and then drive it for the first mile or so with the...

This is fairly normal for the model Suzuki you have. Because of the manual choke, of course you have to do this by hand as you are doing. Newer models have automatic chokes.

Bike wont kick start or idle , it will coast

first drain the carby, then set your air mixture screw 2 turns out, from the fully turned in position. The starting proceedure is as follows, when the engine is COLD, turn on fuel, pull on the choke fully, and kick the engine over. DO NOT use any throttle, when the engine is cold, and the choke is on. Remember Choke on, NO throttle.
When warm, no choke, and a little throttle when kicking.

I want to give me bike a sevice i own a suzuki gz marauder 1998

You need at a minimum, a shop manual for your model. Check at http://www.suzukiownersclub.org/usa/ for a manual. Look in the tools section for guidance on what special tools you will need for this.

My 125 maurauder starts and runs idle great as soon as i turn the throttle (not even in gear so it isn't the sidstand cut out switch)) the engine cuts

If your bike has ever been sitting for more than six months to a year, then the carburetor is likely clogged with fuel varnish and needs to be disassembled and cleaned. If the throttle response is improved when the choke is applied, then the carb is plugged for sure.
Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can simply drain the stale fuel from the float bowl and see an improvement. I would try this first, because it is possible that some moisture has collected in the carburetor float bowl and is causing the poor throttle response.

1998 roadking idles to fast after it warms up.

Is it fuel injected or carbureted? If the bike is fuel injected it will idle fast until the engine warms up...if it continues to idle fast after about 10-15 seconds it could have a faulty sensor.

If carbureted, after you push the choke in does it still idle fast? If so, there is an idle adjust screw on the top of the carburetor just behind the air cleaner.

Do you have a tach on the bike? If you do, then the normal warmed-up idle should be 1000rpm.

My engine wont start

check battery for full charge and tight cables.use test light check for power to starter when pushing start button.if there is, check starter. if none check for power to start solenoid on small wire going to it w/ testlight when you press start.if none, check start button, & wiring.if youi have power to it,but no start, take large screwdriver & make contact between both solenoid cable posts, make sure bike is in neutral. should crank, confirming that solenoid is bad.also, even if the solenoid has no power going to it to energize it you can still use the screwdriver trick to get bike to crank.
