Question about 2002 Yamaha TT-R 125
If the problem is only in cold weather, the mixture it is lean. If the carb adjustment didnt help, it may need a bigger idle jet.
If every thing else is ok like valve clearances , it should start with a couple of kicks.
make sure the choke works, and the air cleaner is serviced and oiled. If the bike sits for any lenght of time between rides, drain the carburator before the first kick.

Its a 4 stroke trail bike. They never like to start when its cold. Just make sure the plug is good and make sure the choke is actually working. Other than that, kick it until you get mad, then kick it some more and it will eventually start.
