My kawasaki zx7r 1997 cuts out when i turn the handle bars on full lock when idleing,been told it might be wiring worn by the ignition or it might be that i need to re-tune my carbs or jets. will either of these be expensive?

Try pulling on the wiring to the ignition switch and kill switch with the handle bars straight, if the engine cuts out then you have a broken or damaged wire in the loom, cut the wiring loom open and pull on the wires one at a time untill it cuts out, the wire you pull when it cuts out will be the one you need to repair/ replace
