Wireing diagram fore headlight - 2005 Yamaha Ybr 125

The white wire is the neutral, the black wire is for the fan and the blue wire is fore the light. The wires mentioned above are the wires coming from the fan/light.

Find a wiring diagram (www.bbbind.com) free wiring diagrams . Then go to youtube an check out Eric the car guy's basic electrical trouble shooting . An there are one's for understanding wiring diagrams . Learn voltage drop testing also.

I hope the diagram/wire colors are readable.

According to my wiring diagram, the headlight switch works a relay which is powered by two different fuses.
I would check the relay for voltage first.
You may need a repair manual to trace the circuits.

It's shown for a four headlight system - if you have a two headlight system on your car, pretend the two inner "high beam only" headlights aren't there and you'll be fine. The wire colors shown here represent a typical GM vehicle (the green and tan wires, along with some of the black wires) as well as the proper/correct/desired wire colors to use on any new wiring you do (the red and some of the black wires). Also, this is shown as a typical "Bosch style" automotive relay with the connections numbered as such. If your relay is not numbered like this, then just identify the wires by function and go from there.

Note that in the original version of this diagram, I had the labels for the right side headlights reversed - it has since been corrected thanks to a sharp-eyed reader who pointed out the mistake to me. The wiring diagram was always correct, but the headlight labels may have been a tad confusing to some. Apologies for the mistake.

You need to replace the twilight sentinel day time running lights module.Also be fore replacing it make sure you have a power supply comming from the pink wire (from ignition switch to the Module).engine running.There is only one pink wire going to or from this module.If no power, then replace ignition switch first. More often than not, the extra wires are used as a gateway for a diagnostics report. dnt no if that helps

I can't help but notice that you say you've replaced the headlight relay? That's quite odd, because there is NO headlight relay on this vehicle- only a 40 amp fuse located in the power distribution box that sits behind the battery inside the engine bay.
The switch is notorious for burning out because there is NO RELAY on this vehicle, and there is a recall (#819) but this only affects 3500 models even though the headlight wiring is the same for 1500,2500 and 3500 model Rams.
