The code only tells you what you already know
What displacement your motor is

The VIN decoder I use does not accept the number given. There are one or more errors in the set of numbers. VIN numbers do not use the letters " I, O and Q". Bear in mind the digit "2" could be a "Z". Kawasaki vins do not have hyphens. All vins are 17 digits. I changed the vin to JK0....... (without the hyphen), and had no luck. Then I tried JK0KXRH13LA003Z01also with no luck. The best I can tell you is that the bike is a 1990 model. Double check the number and look for possible alterations someone has made, like changing the numerals 11 into an H. Under the hood itself, there should be a sticker. It should be info on Emission standards for the car.
The Emission sticker should list the engine displacement for size. For an example, 1.6L, 1.8L, 2.0L.
Some auto-part store can look up the correct thermostat by the VIN number on the car.

The last 6 digits; 200808 are probably sequential and the number of cars built that year up to the one you have. The major portion of a VIN number (in the US) identify country of origin, model, equipment/engine installed, etc.
At least in the US, falsifying VINs is not uncommon if the car was stolen, considered 'salvage' for some reason (accident, flood damage, etc). Sometimes, these phony VINs turn up when someone tries to retrieve the car's history and the VIN doesn't work because it is counterfeit.

The 10th digit is the year identifier for Mercedes VIN #s, and a "1" indicates a 2001 model.
