2005 Boulevard M50: how many quarts of oil does it take when changing ...

I am having issues with my 2008 Suzuki boulevard m50 my fuel gauge doesn't work and my Neutral light doesn't work and my horn doesn't work I found a blown fuse and replaced it but that didn't fix it I am need of a oil change Suzuki saids to use 10w40 what another oil would work

It's sign of worn out piston ring you need to rebuilt your engine

2.1 quarts with filter.

3.5 quarts of 10W40 API SF/SG motor oil.

3.6 quarts if you change the filter also.

This bike does not have a dipstick to check the oil; Instead there is a sight glass located low on the right side of the crank case. If you look closely at the sight glass, you will see the index marks off to one side of the glass. The bike must be level and horizontal to get a correct reading, NOT on the side stand.

My 2007 C90t which is the same motor as yours requires 4 1/2 quarts of 10/40wt.
Stick with Suzuki brand oil btw. When I changed to Amsoil, I developed a problem.
