Fuel tank on my cbr125r 05 vibrates and vibration increases as rpm increases. Sometimes the mirrors shake like crazy. Also sometimes when i ride hard when bikes not fully warmed up a strange deep '' dan dang dang'' aproximately half a second apart. Recently installed a endurance full system exhaust.after this problem had a mot done they installed a new back tyre and chain and sprokets now the right foot peg vibrates. After i get off the bike have a funny tingling feeling in upper leg area so i know the vibrations are excessive.
Your camchain maybe worn resulting in chain slap when engine loaded when still cold, or some valve lap delay resulting in pinging or blowback. (coughing). A top end inspection may be required
This may effect the vibrations but is likely to be loose engine to frame mounts or loose steering head.
Check play of rear shock mounts top and bottom for any play. This would impact through the frame and tank, bars etc., but is more to do with road surface and speed.
Are the wheels balanced?
Thoroughly inspect ALL bolts (engine mounts, engine head bolts, pegs, handlebars, triple clamps, swingarm, exhaust header and muffler mounts) for tightness as vibrations are one or two steps away from tumbling down the tarmac. Vibrations are the main cause of bolts loosening......
Goodluck and Cheers.
