I JUST GOT A 2007 SUZUKI BURGMAN 400 from Wisconsin with 2900 miles on it and found out that it cannot be registered until it has 7500 miles on it.Apparently it is a ( 49 state ) bike and California isnt one of them.Can't get a plate without the miles,can' get the miles without the plate..................It overheats if you just let it run in place in the garage up on the center stand,tried that.Need to put 4500 more miles on it,don't want to move to Wisconsin or any of the other 48 states.Any ideas??????????

You could buy a second hand speedo from a bike breakers, I would never suggest you try tampering with the odometer, the way dodgy used dealers may remove some miles.
