All you can do is trace the wiring back from the radio to the speakers, there is no quick fix here. To test the speakers touch a battery to the two contacts, the speaker will pop if it is any good.
If you are jury rigging, take one wire from the speaker, put it on the center tap of your pot (veriable resistor). On the right, put a wire from there to the front speaker. On the other tap (left) run a wire to the rear. You will need a common from the front speaker (the one you left there) to the rear.

Hi, To get at the front speakers, you will need to 1st remove the following items: fairing pockets, ignition switch cover, top inner covers, seat, top compartment, rear view mirror, and headlight adjusting knob. Then you will be able to remove the dash panel. The 4 screws that hold each speaker can then be accessed once the panel is off... I know it is a long list to go thorough to get to the speakers, but that's how Honda designed it. hope this helped
