1992 gsxr 600 wont idle after replacing head gaskets

Depends on the time it takes them and their hourly rate.
I would pose the question to a Suzuki dealership.

This sounds like a sticking throttle cable, you need to disconnect the cable and run some lube down it or replace the cable.

The cold pipes means the bike is not firing on those cylinders. Replace all the plugs and start it. Or you will need some elecrical diagnosis. Chaz Moto DC

thats due to water getting in the oil from the head gasket or other source, you need to drain and flush all the old oil, get the cylinders compression tested, and see whats up. A low reading on 2 adjacent cyls indicates the gasket is gone, and should be replaced. If the engine has overheated, the head may need skimmed.

have you checked the thermostat?

check your copression if its fine take your pipes off and see if the problem still exsites

Most likely a Coolant Temp Sensor & Connector.Under upper radiator hose at cyclinder head.Yellow & Black wires.Hope this helps
