The FZ750 uses the same oil for the transmission and crankshaft and top end. All oil is stored in the oil pan below the transmission and distributed throughout the engine by an oil pump. If you are asking if you need to use different oil for the transmission than the engine, no. If the oil level is correct for the transmission, it is correct for the whole engine.
