How much folk oil do i need on a yamaha fz750

  • Ambari May 11, 2010

Pl refer to the service manual. If it is more it will be hard. Measure the old oil, when you drain. Take it as an approximate measurement.

Hi, The correct measure is 408cc per fork, go to FZ750.com for that and answers to just about anything to do with FZ750, PeterL.

Does the yamaha fz 750 use transmission fluid or just the motro oil

The FZ750 uses the same oil for the transmission and crankshaft and top end. All oil is stored in the oil pan below the transmission and distributed throughout the engine by an oil pump.
If you are asking if you need to use different oil for the transmission than the engine, no.
If the oil level is correct for the transmission, it is correct for the whole engine.
