Rattling expansion and contraction noise, seems to come from header area toward top of heater

I would suggest an insulation foam. Should help to reduce the rattling and some of the expansion pops. Or you could brace the ducting, ducting is very thin metal and moves fairly easily if built real loose.

Sounds like a compression problem to me. Do a compression check. You can loan the tool from Advance Auto Parts.

A sputter sound when i turn my jeep on also it

Which engine? The 4.0 liter inline 6 has a long standing problem with cracked exhaust manifolds. I would crawl underneath when the engine and exhaust pipes are cool and check for holes. Might a, O2 sensor plug gotten knocked loose during the oil change? The engine computer uses the O2 sensors to help set fuel ratio. If they aren't working right the exhaust could smell stronger.

CBR125 sounds like cack in the rain.

maybe its just a guess that your front tire is throwing a lot of water up inside the engine near the exhaust collector or something.

Intertherm propane furnace makes popping sound when running

It sounds like you have a possible hole in the heat exchanger. Turn the heat off and turn the fan on. If you feel any air coming back out of the heat exchanger, you have a hole. A yellow flame is not a good sign. I would even consider having a service professional come out and take a look.
