You have to pull the seats and gas tank. Thenlike a car you pull the pug wires. The front cylinder's is on the right, rear's on the left. Your tool kit has a special tool designed to reach all the way down to the plugs. On the rear you can use a rachet and socket, while on the front you must use the supplied wrench in the tool kit because of lack of room. Make sure its cooled off so you don't strip the threads out and blow some compressed air to clean any trash out.
You need to remove the coil packs that are located above the valve cover. It is important to get the correct spark plugs from toyota. Aftermarket plugs are not recommended.
