The carburetor jets, there are 3 bands; A low, mid range and high range rpms. 10k would fall in the Mid range power. I would let the bike warm up a little bit and tweak the middle knob on the left side of the bike and keep in mind you need the right mixture so turn it quarter turn one way at a time per testing the mid range rpms while riding, tweaking 1/4 turns in between tests. If it gets worse, turn it the other direction until you find that sweet spot in the mixture of fuel/oxygen. I have a 1997 GMC Jimmy 4.3 liter V6 4 wheel drive why would it lose power and want to stall when I put it in gear

The first thing you need to do is have the engine computer control module scanned for fault codes. Autozone and O'reilly auto parts do this for free. Ask for a OBD2 fault code test.

Gsxr no power

Can be many things but most likely the problem is in the Carburation. Check synchronization, float level, main jets for clogs etc. Check cylinder compression and make sure all cylinders are in specifications. At least 125 PSI on each cylinder and 5 PSI difference max between all cylinders.

High co reading for emission

what rpm or speed, both? which Civic engine????? of the 5
and what country????? we can not guess this... ever.
and no one ever says.. here. 99% true.
why is not easy. 50ways there are.
it's running rich. (we have one good input. this)

but here are the reasons, (not the 50 causes) all the below are tests.
it's misfiring. is rich misfire.
causes: many I'll assume the cars 12v power is 10 to 145v at all times. 13.3v running minimum.
1: low compression on one or more cylinders. 150psi w.o.t is min.
2: bad spark or not timed right. to any cylinders. or all. tests.
3: bad fueling. above must be good (tools used and tests)

now if compression is good. and the EGR main down leak
if spark is good, what causes high HC,
simple misfire.
what causes misfire.
  1. bad spark plugs (ever tune it up? now be the time, huh?)
  2. bad injectors, leaking or clogged. clean em.
  3. fuel pressure too high, 28 is min, max (see end)
  4. you find one injector , NOID lamp test stuck ON.
  5. o2 sensors stuck lean (exhaust leaks)
  6. Fuel pump regulator stuck closed, causing #3
there are 5 engines, (why not state yours.??????0
1.5 L to 3.0L
the fuel pressure is different on all .
40-47 PSI. 1.7L and 2.3L
47-54 PSI on 2.0L and 2.2L
41-48 PSI on 3.0L
and then the exceptions
1-- Except SULEV: 48-55 psi SULEV: 47-54 2 Except SULEV: 47-55 psi SULEV: 48-55 psi
if you read the FSM,, it shows tests at the rail.
fuel pressure.
fuel regulation test.
shut test
injector leak down test.
and the injector balance test.
we do them all, or fail;.
all this is FSM.

do you want us to guess or test?
the latter avoids the 50 guesses. 49 being wrong.$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I have 01 gsxr 750 i took it to shop for a basic tune up and new battery. they called and said it was done. i got there it started right up. so i jump on it and rode it down the road. the bike would not...

If it had correct RPM response before it had to be something they did. If new plugs, check Spark gap on plugs. Faulty or improper spark plugs, or damaged plug wires.

Won't accelerate faster than 55mph. Loses pwr..

When you losing speed, do you lose RPM? This is important. 1- If you don't lose RPM then you have a problem with your torque converter. 2- If you lose RPM then you have a problem with fuel air mixture and this is controlled by ECM. Usually ECM is not a problem, but the problem is coming from other sensors contributing fuel: air mixture control like Air mass flow control ans Oxygen Sensor besides the throttle body valve is gummed up and need a through clean. So try to address the last one first then follow in reverse order if the case is in # 2. Good luck.

Will not rev over 8000 rpm

This is hard to tell without riding it to feel the condition. Here are a few things that come to my mind.

1 Spark plugs or ignition system not able to handle the higher demands of the higher RPMs

2 battery or charging system not creating enough power to meet the higher demands of the bike (ignition and fuel systems)

3 Fuel flow to the carbs is low or the main jet is clogged.

4 valve adjustment and or valve timing
