2008 Silverwing, squealing noise.

Sometimes makes squealing/shrieking noise at speed, which goes when I slow down to the point where the clutch disengages.
May be relevant that when brand new I went up a steep slope 2-up and clutch started slipping with smell of burning.
I've looked inside transmission case and belt looks OK.
Any ideas?

Even though the belt appeared to be okay it might not be. inspect the belt a little close and see if it has glazed on the side that runs on the clutches. you might also want to have your clutches inspected.

Clutch noise

Bearing noises in a clutch system are easily distinguished by running a few simple tests. Start the engine and leave the transmission in neutral. If a transmission makes noise when it is in neutral it is often a worn input shaft bearing. Now depress the pedal until the clutch just engages. This is the point where the release bearing is just contacting the pressure plate fingers. If you begin to hear a squealing sound this is likely a worn release bearing. If a whirling noise is present when the clutch pedal is fully depressed it is probably the pilot bearing.

The bike makes a shrieking noise wen i pull away and a meshing noise is it the clutch

You should go back and review your work. Shrieking noises are not friendly. Oil ok? Proper adjustments? Proper parts in the proper order? All fasteners properly installed? All parts accounted for?

When driving at speed i get a loud whine/shriek from rear driver side wheel, when breaks are applied noise goes. (disc ?) new discs fitted 3 years ago.

the brake pads have a wear indicator as the pads wear the indicator will tuch the brake rotor and make a high pitch shriek, so you need new brake pads.

I own a 2007 Harly Davidson Street Glide with the motor running n I am in 1st or 2nd gear I let off the gass I get a noise n when I engage the clutch the noise goes away

I'm not sure what you mean by "engage the clutch". If you mean when you pull the clutch lever, the noise goes away, I'd check the tension on my final drive belt. If the belt is loose, when the engine tries to slow the motorcycle down, the final drive belt tries to rise up off of the front belt pulley making it rub the underside of the starter to inner primary housing. When you pull the clutch lever in, you disengage the engine from the transmission and the engine breaking force is removed from the front pulley and the belt goes back down on the pulley.

While driving a squealing noise comes from the front glove box area, thought at first it was the blower motor but turned that off and it still persists, the squeal or wine gets higher pitched as the the...

you need to check the front brake pads to see if the warning tab is touching the rotor ,this will squeal if the pads get worn out before it goes metal to metal, and if that is ok the only thing i would think of is the wheel bearing,

I was also told that this happens when the rear drive hub requires lubrication. grease that, and you'll be a happier camper.

Squealing and sometimes doesn't blow cool

A squealing noise is most likely the bearings going bad in the blower motor. This will slow the motor down. If the blower is not operating at the proper speed this will affect the temperature pressure relationship of the refrigerant. This will cause the unit to put out the wrong temperature. Running the unit to long under these conditions can possibly cause further problems ( including a very high electric bill). I recommend that use do not use this unit untill it is repaired or replaced.
Good luck.....
