Rear tail light does not turn on.when you turn key on headlight works ,brake light works turn signals work but no running tail light,I also had a weak battery which I am replacing , the bike is a 1998 suzuki VL1500 intruder
It mught be the bulb that needs replacing or else check the wiring to the bulb for continuity in case there is a broken or snapped bit.If you have a voltmeter then you can test the voltage reading at the point of contact..Sometimes rust builds up and a simple cleaning would solve this.Hope this helps.

My left front turn signal stopped working on my bike. I have checked the bulb and that is not the problem. I put a new assembly in it and it worked for a while then quit.
