Your blower fan is most likely failing. It sounds like it is rubbing on the cage, which causes the motor to heat up and quit functioning. Once the motor cools down it will operate again.
You will need to replace the blower motor and fan assembly.
If the fan motor for the radiator quit and the fuses are ok, the fan motor is bad, or the fusible link going to the fan has blown (it looks like a wire coming from the starter and will stretch if bad).
If it's the blower motor,the vacuum pump has to be moved out of the way(10 mm bolts) . There are three or four 8mm bolts holding the motor in place. make sure you have power and ground to blower motor before replacing.
Most likely it does, if you can hit the motor and it will run. I can't say for sure but you might want to chk. to see if you got a heater blower motor resister. There located (if its got one) around the heater motor and it controls blower speeds, might be worth checking out.
