on right hand side, lower engine cover there is a sight glass for the oil level just behind that the chrome cover is two pieces the rear is removed and the fill is located
Balance the bike to a level position while looking at the oil glass, with the engine off. Bottom of glass is low, top of glass is full, no oil in glass, top it off, not quite a qt. Use high quality motor cycle full synthetic 5w 30. Hope this helps.
you check the oil level by looking at the sight glass it should be 1/2 to 3/4 full on the sight glass or on your filler plug there is a level at the bottom where the oil should touch
hi
ther is a chance that being over filled will blow out of the crank breather so drain off to the correct level if then the bike still does this then you have to high crank presure meaning the bore and piston/rings are badly worn
thanks jay
