The float is stuck open. This causes the overflow and floods the engine.

Ktm 85 2014 wont start seems to be flooding, just purchased yesterday and was fine, then last night it suddenly won't start, like its flooding? Any suggestions?

Could be. Did you turn the fuel valve off last night?
Try starting with no choke holding throttle open about half way..

2008 KTM 250 SX-F throttle sticks every twist

Yep, lube lube lube.
Take your throttle grip off and lube up your cables.
Check for quick return while it is apart.
Now make sure the grip is not rubbing (common problem), and just move it out till it is free, lube and tighten it back up in this position.
If that doesn't work check for worn out cables?
Good luck.

Engine stops when throttle is opened also exhaust glows red at manifold

Has major air leak (running seriously lean). If it is hard to start I would check carburation and crank seals.

I assume you're talking about 250SXF?
Check the carbie jets are not blocked, air filter clean, exhaust not blocked and valves are in specified clearance.
At night the manifold will glow red, this is normal.
You just can't see it during the day.

I took a spill on my 09 ktm 125 sx and now the bike idles high enough to ride without using the throttle. Also the throttle is harder to turn while the bike is running. Any ideas what to do?

they should be one or two little screws on the carb you can turn them to alter the tickover of the engine and you proberly bent the bracket that connects the the throttle to the engine so maybe your throttle is not shutting of propperly because the cable is not running freely in the casing cus its not going straigth throught it or the casing/cable are damaged cuasing them to catch i.e the cable is frayed

Ktm 200sx not running right

Is your power valve clean, and moves freely? And don't forget to make sure the air filter is squeaky clean. How does the plug color look?
