Not much you can do ,maybe turn the rear shock to a ofter setting, your bike manual will show how to adjust that but it will only be a small amount, maybe contact your local seat repair shop and have them remove some seat foam or look into a after market seat ...

The seat is adjustable by rearranging the rubber mount blocks underneath.

What needs to be done to adjust seat height

If you want to lower your seat height, first renove the seat, flip it over and you will see rubber blocks held in by screws. Remove the screw holdong each block and simply rotate 180 degrees, continue until all blocks have been rotated. A very clever idea by Suzuki.

1250 Bandit runs fine at part throttle, but feels like it is starving for fuel at WOT. ???

Re fuel problem on 2007 1250 GSF Bandit.
Take out the fuel pump, and check cleanliness of screen.
It sounds like it is partially blocked to me. The screen is small and it does not take much to block it up with gunk. You should then have full fuel flow. You have to remove tank, and turn upside down, then remove the allen bolts and carefully work the whole assembly out. Be careful, because it will only slide out and in at a particular angle. You are supposed to replace the O ring seal, but I think this is on condtion. Clean the seal and put some sort of synthetic or rubber grease on it.
