    Cylinder head is 19.9 ft/lb and barrel is 30 so don't ask this guy

Flange Bolts - Cylinder Head M7 18Nm
Nuts - Cylinder Base M8 35Nm

What are the torque specs for cylinder and head bolts on a 2001 kx 250?


The torque specs for your cylinder base nuts are 25ft.-lb.and the head flange nuts at 18ft.-lb.tighten them in criss cross pattern,at three different stages,ex.25ft.-lb.start with 8 then15 then 25,18ft.-lb.start with 5 then 10 then 18.good to go.Hope this helps.

I have a 2010 ktm xc dirt bike and i need to know the head torque specs


Hi
tighten evenly in a diagonal pattern
1st just nip up
2nd 40Nm
3rd 50Nm

Torque specs for the exhaust cylinder nuts on a bmw R1200RT


Manifold to Cylinder head (acorn nuts) tighten to 21 Nm or 15.5 Lb/Ft

Just rebuilt the top end on my 1999 kx 250 and wondering what the torque specs are for the head and cylinder


Cylinder bolts @ 25 ft/lbs (34Nm)
Cylinder head nuts @ 18ft/lbs (25Nm)
Check these nuts again after first warm up and again after first two rides to let gaskets bed in and seal. Cheers.
