Timing chain marks??? Or marks on your cams?? On the cams you should have 2 marks on each side of your cam sprocket. They should be even with the top of your jug...

The marks cams should be top dead centre and there timing plugs on your bike pull them out there a mark they or top dead centre

You need to just top doing what your doing, your cam timing is off and the valve is touching the piston.
