Battery keeps dying in my Kawasaki Vulcan 900. Had it checked and it is a good battery. I think it is the alternator?

Possible reg/rec issue or the stator....if you have a multi meter you can check the stator by unplugging and hooking up to the stator (component side), set multi meter to volts a/c and connect each plug for voltage. then do a residence test on the stator.
reg/rec issue, make sure you have proper ground, do a diode test to make sure that it is d/c and not a/c

How to fix

Sounds like your battery is dead and will no longer hold a charge. Take it a local auto parts store where they can test it.

My battery for my 2006 vulcan 900 cant start bike every time temp outside is 32 degrees or below. Need to jump start it. But starts normally if warm temperature.

check battery connections to see if they are tight and clean. also check to see if it is proper battery for it. if it is a older battery it might be getting weak and need replaced. some auto parts stores will check them for free for you.

I have a kaw vulcan 900 classic and was trying to jump my friends shadow when my bike died and now, when i turn the key, it's dead. no lights, nothing.

Check your main fuse. Also check battery terminals, make sure they are clean and tight. Make sure your battery is fully charged, ie. 13.2v min.
