2007 Tomoso Nitro Moped with 49cc Engine. Hard starting and when it does, either does not respond to the throttle and cuts off. Have done the following: - Replaced the fuel filter and blown out the lines. The old filter looked ok with no dirt coming from the inlet side. - Drained gas tank and clean the round fitting that screws to the bottom of the tank (fuel line and vacum ? line attach to it. Fuel and tank both appeared clean. - Disasembled card and cleaned with carb cleaner and compressed air. Carb looked good inside with no dirt visible in bowl. - Check ignition which is good. Refueled with fresh fuel and left both air filter and gas cap off. Would not start or even cough. Primed the engine with gas through spark plug hole and after much cranking, started but again no rpm's and cut off. When gas line is removed (from carb), no fuel comes out whether by gravity or when engine is cranking but, if there is fuel in the bowl and the fuel line is still removed...the engine starts and seems to run fine until the fuel is gone. With fuel in the bowl and the fuel line attached...it will do nothing. Help???
