Your motor oil level is low. The oil light indicates low oil pressure - at higher RPMs the oil sending unit (oil pump) can create a little oil pressure, but at lower RPMs it fails to keep up. If the oil level is good, then the oil sending unit itself is going bad.

It has a restet button near the battery. You should press that button until the light goes off. If it doesn't go off than presst the button and the brake for a few seconds, and it should reset the light. It's a service light anyway, is is nor connected to any oil pressure sensor. 3500 rpms is about 80 mph. Is this noise in 1st, 2nd & 3rd gear? Is check engine light on?
Chirping could be accessory belt noise. Spray them one at a time with belt dresing to see if it goes away and which belt is doing it.
this light is for low pressure not oil level, have the pressure tested and if it is ok, if it is replace the low pressure light sending unit on the engine case.
to set the hour, Press D twice, the hour will flash, then press the LAP button, (this is the little lever you when flashing your lights) until desired hour is reach. Press D to confirm.
to set minutes, press D three times, and again use the LAP button until you reach the correct minutes.
Press D again to confirm.
